Utility Dept/City Hall Lobby Closing

In order to help reduce potential exposure to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) by our employees and customers, the City of Chattahoochee, Utility Billing Department, City Hall is closed effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Drive-thru service is still available.

While we understand this may be an inconvenience to some, we encourage customers to use alternative payment methods such as:

1. Mailing payments to City of Chattahoochee, PO Box 188, Chattahoochee, FL 32324

2. Paying online at www.chattgov.org

3. Auto-draft through your bank

4. After-hours drop box located at City Hall

For requests that require in-person interaction such as applying for service, appointments at City Hall will be available by emailing [email protected] (Utility Billing Clerk) or calling 850-663-4046. If you have any other questions or concerns, the City Clerk can be reached at [email protected].
